Great, helpful, light-hearted staff....I highly recommend the veggie noodles. A server came and cleaned our plates promptly and made us feel comfortable---even though it's a fast-casual environment.

Great food and a nice new option in St. George. Family came here for dinner for my wife's birthday. We all needed something new and the Twisted Noodle did not disappoint. As more people learn of the Twisted Noodle, I see the seating area being too small for the demand. Great food. Good atmosphere inside and out. Great prices for healthy and fresh and tasty! One star off for all the time it took to order. We waited in line longer than we should have to order, but otherwise, all was awesome!

Despite its appearance Twisted Noodle has great, high quality food. Their items are hip and healthy. My only issue with this establishment is their atmosphere; it doesn't fit the food at all and looks cheap. If it was more urban, maybe some cool artwork, light features, and music (instead of small vinyl Dr. Seus quotes on bright green walls), it would be my favorite spot to hang out.

So great to have a health conscious place in st George but that catch is that it tastes wonderful! I had the special green chili chicken mac and cheese. Hubs had the lean mean burger. Their pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are also fab! Great place for lunch!

I can't tell you what a wonderful place this is! Chef Cam is a rockstar putting out awesome concoctions with meticulous detail to flavor and the twist in Twisted? Most of the selections are healthy. But don't tell anyone, you would never know!!! The menu is priced right, the place is super clean, and you WILL enjoy your food!

Second time there, and I can now say I ain't going back. $9 for a quinoa bowl. It was about two handfuls. Left totally hungry. So I got a bread stick, and it was chewy, like it had been reheated in a microwave. The service was awful. Never came and asked if we needed anything, and I suppose you have to get your own water refills, that's fine, but a $30 lunch for 3 usually gets you at least a refill of your water. And what a location. I can only wish the best for them.

Had the peach salad today. Very fresh and tasty. Great blend of flavors. A little pricey for a lunch, but very good. I've also had the zucchini noodle with chicken and marinara sauce. Also a good option.

As a vegetarian and gluten intolerant there were many options to choose from! (Almost overwhelming) The staff promptly realized it was our first time there and gave us tips on ordering- unfortunately I can never pass of caprese salad when I see it, and this was probably the wrong thing to order here as it is not their specialty. The large salad was fresh lettuce, arugula mixed with a small amount of mozzarella, tomato and artichoke hearts. Very non traditional; and not what I was expecting. Nevertheless, I will try this place again.

St. George needs these types of foodie options. We're not frequent visitors to St. G but when we're there, we will be eating at The TNC. This place just opened so those who thought things didn't go perfect, give it a few months and try it again. The staff was helpful with the menu and providing intelligent options.

The menu can be a bit confusing. The lady at the counter wasn't too helpful but we managed. There was a mix up in the order, the lady gave us the same number as the people before us. The food was excellent. They need more healthy choices for drinks. Special brewed teas or something. I will go back but probably for lunch.

Some of the best food I have ever had! The southwestern chicken caesar wrap is amazing that is full so many flavors and they have homemade potato chips. And the special "chicken green curry coconut quinoa" was the best curry I have had. Plus the addition of guacamole and lime really made it! Healthy and really good food. Can't wait to go back!

I cannot express enough how delicious the food is here! It's just an added bonus that the food is also healthy and fresh to boot. The menu is very thoughtful and health conscious. It caters to an array of different diet preferences such as gluten free and vegan, which is hard to find. Everyday, there is always something new and fresh being offered on special, which keeps things interesting. I've been waiting to find a place like this in southern utah! The staff who work here are all pleasant and kind! Great atmosphere. There is also outdoor and indoor dining available.

I was excited to finally eat here. what a disappointment! I had the turkey burger ,the honey wheat bun was dried out, the so called cooked onions were gray and unappealing. I asked for avocado which was mashed upped and spread on not whole slices. The house salad was no more than different greens. The only good part was the salad dressing. I will not go out of my way to go there again.

Very cute, clean, and friendly restaurant. The food was fresh, healthy, and filled with awesome flavor. I never realized a grilled cheese sandwich could be stuffed with so many delicious ingredients. Although it is a little pricey for my usual meal, the portions were large and the food is worth coming back for. I don't suffer from food allergies, but know several people in my life who do. Twisted Noodle offers Gluten Free Bread, Pasta, and Dessert!!!

Ordered creamy pesto chicken over plain spaghetti noodles. The presentation was nice and the portion size perfect. It was a wonderful meal on a cold night. Total comfort food! Hats off to the chef!

I went here with my family, including young children. Everyone was pleased with their choices. Kids meals are $5, and so much better and healthier than fast food. I had the Flat Bread with chicken and vegetables. It was delicious. Their menu is fairly large, reasonably priced and healthy. Though amazingly enough, the healthy food tastes better than unhealthy food at other places. I don't know what type of magic they use, but it works.

We stumbled upon this place on our last night in St. George. After eating mediocre food all week this place was a welcome sight! The food is delicious and nutritious. I had the vegetable noodles with pesto and it was delicious. My wife had the special which was a gluten free breaded chicken over potato salad and I was amazed. Her chicken breast was moist and crunchy and was accompanied by a avocado spread. My children had the gf kids pasta with meat sauce and they were embarrassingly licking their plates. The meal was so light and refreshing and yet completely satisfying. We also tried a few of the desserts and they were out of this world. Our only regret was not finding this place sooner on our trip. Can't wait to come back next year! Truly a wonderful place to eat!

I love this place! Helpful staff. They'll totally help you with ordering. (My favorite is the Asian quinoa bowl!) There are a lot of choices on the menu, and they'll take out or sub basically anything!! I am gluten free and almost everything can be made gluten free. Love sitting outside too.
